We created Tender Hearts because every body’s soul deserves support to grow. The soul speaks to the body and the body speaks to the mind. When we soften our hearts, we can hear and feel the ancient wisdom/intuition within.
SERVICES
Energy Healing
This is a versatile modality because the high frequency light that is directed into the recipient’s body is overseen by the higher self. Individuals with physical disease and diagnosis may feel more dramatic energy moving through their bodies than people curious about energy healing who try it as a means to expand their consciousness or connect more deeply with their inner wisdom. However, the possibilities of experience during a session are expansive and driven by the highest vibration of source love light.
Tarot Reading
We offer intuitive readings for clarity and support. Messages from spirit + healing guides, angels, and ancestors are channeled for your highest good.
Sound Baths
Immersion in various frequencies that clear and balance energy centers within the physical and energetic fields can lead to relaxation, meditative states, and expanded consciousness. Each attendee’s experience reflects where they are energetically. Support and explanation of physical sensations is available after each session.
Breathwork

Spiritual Coaching
Connection to your higher self makes your soul sing. Each person’s process is unique. We use a playful approach that includes divination tools, channeling, and “homework” to help you discover your soul’s desire.
CLASSES
Soul Shine
Energy Awareness for young people. Many diagnoses and conditions that our society gives to young people can be approached from an energetic perspective. Participants are introduced to what their soul is communicating, which empowers them to expand beyond the story of labels that may be restricting. This eight week class is offered to youth, ages 7-9.
Energy Maintenance
Hygiene and ritual to empower empaths and highly sensitive people. This single class offers practical tools and tips to people who want to form and/or strengthen their connection to true/higher/intuitive self.
