Energy Maintenance š®āšØ

Hello empaths and highly sensitive peoples! Checking in on you... are you exahusted? Drained? Depleted? Me too, and I am reminded to come back to my energy maintenance practices that have fallen out of habit and practice.
Just like brushing our teeth, drinking water, and taking walks, our spiritual and emotional parts of us need some TLC also. I was reminded of this today coming off of a few big people days in the last week and feeling exhausted.
Some ideas for energy maintenance (and call in your spirit team for support): dry brushing (kenyoku), self reiki, salt shower/bath, smoking yourself off, energy bubble over your body, ringing a bell over your body...
